All Client Data is stored in Canada using Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. We do not knowingly store Client Data outside Canada.

Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
We retain Client Data: – During your active subscription; and – For up to six (6) months following cancellation or suspension to allow data export.
